So if you’re writing a comic book about wow powerleveling, where do you start?
When comics publishing imprint Wildstorm asked veteran comic book scribe and artist Walter Simonson (”Thor,” “Orion”) to write the new “wow fast leveling” comic, he thought it “sounded fun.” But wow pvp arena also turned out to be a lot of work. Though he hadn’t logged on to the “world of warcraft powerleveling” until he started writing the book, several of his friends and his grandson are big enthusiasts of the game; he’s even asked his grandson for some help. “I’ve actually used him as a resource,” Simonson told me in a phone wow leveling last week. “There are occasional visual moments, often surrounding the use of magic or magical stuff, where I needed to know how the visuals in the game worked when certain things happened. The first storyline follows a human who washes up power leveling on the shores of Kalimdor, a continent in the game. He’s suffered amnesia and becomes enslaved by an orc powerleveling. The mystery man struggles to survive by fighting against and working with both in-game factions the Alliance and the Horde, all while trying to learn about his forgotten past. “One of the central stories is his ffxi powerleveling arc: who is he, how can he find out who he is … and what are the implications for the ‘Warcraft’ world?” Simsonson said.The writer also revealed a few other supporting characters, such as the orc ffxi power leveling Rehgar Earthfury (first seen on the fourth page), blood elf Valeera Sanguinar, dwarf warrior Thargas Anvilmar and night elf druid Broll Bearmantle. If you know ‘Warcraft,’ I’m hoping it will be really cool to find this stuff out,” Simonson reiterated. “At the same time, as complex as the world is, if you haven’t really played the game, you’ll learn as much as you need to know to enjoy the story on its own level. So in that sense the story has kind of a two-fold approach I’m hoping will work out.”

Simonson also works closely with the “World of Warcraft” creators at Blizzard Entertainment. He comes up with the initial stories and then Blizzard offers feedback about how the work could be melded into the “Warcraft” lore more effectively. In fact, Simonson is crafting the comic “Marvel-style,” the process of writing comics where the writer provides a basic plot, the artist renders that into twenty-something pages and then dialogue is added.

Even though most comics these days are written as a full script, where the writer describes all the panels, action and dialogue first, Simonson believes Marvel-style works best for “World of Warcraft.” “In this case we decided to work Marvel-style partly because it gives us several levels of approvals. I tend to prefer that way myself,” he said. “I think the work in the comic itself is very much a combination of my thinking and Blizzard’s thinking.” With Blizzard’s help, Simonson’s been able to add some of game’s nuances into the comic as well. “Mana Tapping, all that kind of stuff, there’s a lot of that in the story. But it depends on who the character is, so that whether it’s Fel energy or arcane energy or whatever, we’re trying to get that so it’s both used appropriately and used in a way that makes sense within the story.”

Though Simonson clearly has done his research, and his work has been vetted by Blizzard, with over nine million subscribers to “World of Warcraft,” is he nervous about the critical reception? “As with everything, you can’t please everybody … I’m sure we won’t please some of them,” Simonson says of hardcore “Warcraft” fanatics. “In ordinary, mainstream comics you’ve got a character who’s been around for a long time, and sometimes it’s tough to find a new direction or to try and tell stories that haven’t been told before. In ‘Warcraft,’ because there aren’t a lot of comics, I don’t have that problem. So all I’ve really done is come up with a series of ideas, modified them for a variety of reasons and then tried to write the best comic I could write with the material I’ve got and the abilities I’ve got. I know there are like millions of players out there. It’s very strange.”

“As far as I can tell, Wildstorm and Blizzard are pretty pleased with the stuff as it’s coming out so far,” Simonson added. “And it’s been a lot of fun. We were able to actually layer some stuff in a way that I’m delighted about. In a way it means that, again for gamers who read the comic, there will be elements of the familiar, because if you play that much of the game, you’ll know these locations. But there’ll be things happening there that didn’t happen when you were in the game. So there’ll be some surprises.”

The quests in MMO's today are mundane and stupid and the same thing over and over again. When I play them the quests are usually what drive me away from the maple story mesos. I personally am really annoyed at having to kill 5 brown foxes or collect 10 small silver gems or get 15 orange mushroom caps. Unless you make fox fur rugs, or your a jeweler, or some one that cooks with mushy caps you wouldn't be doing this. Especially if there was a lady or something in danger. All mmo's today lack story and direction. Lunia has a story I think. I played it for about 45 mins and got super bored of it because I didn't like it much and plus i was really into Sword of the New World. Without an actual story why would a person want to play maple story meso? Oh right we're here for the multiplayer aspect. Or are we? How many people here have actually played a game just to make friends? Ok maybe ten. Now how many people are here because they want to play a video game? Oh like the rest of you (I'm assuming it'll be more than 10). How many people wish that MMO's played more like actually maple story power leveling?
Especially the F2P ones. The developers only make money off the cash shop. SO since you the only reason you draw people to the game is because you're free, than your warcraft gold should be better than those that aren't free. Are Blizzard so limited in their creativity that they can't figure out some decent solutions to creating a legitimate itemization path through playing BGs? Cumberland Valley host mother will watch ‘her girls’ graduate
Hey everybody, it’s the fashion news from Wednesday, I’m not sure if this news relating with UGG Boots, but there’s talking about UGGS. So, keep reading.
Amy Berkley will be emotional as any proud parent when her two graduates pick up their Cumberland Valley High School diplomas during Friday’s commencement at the Giant Center in Hershey.
There are plenty of happy tears as Berkley describes the highlights of being with “her girls” from the first day of classes last August to May’s senior prom.
And the girls — Denise Lammers, of Germany, and Debora Macedo, of Brazil, two of Cumberland Valley’s 20 exchange students — will be sorry, too, when it’s time to give their Hampden Township host mother a last hug and kiss.
“No one will truly understand the depth of our relationship,” Berkley said.
Berkley grew up in Shippensburg and went to college there, too. She slaked her thirst for travel and adventure with a post-high-school cross-country drive that filled her own mother with dread.
Now, she hosts exchange students who are making their own life’s trek. Two students stayed with Berkley and her husband, Mark, last summer. In the fall, two more will arrive.
The couple have two dogs but no children. Yet, their house has room for young visitors and Amy Berkley has time — working part-time as a nurse — to mother them.
Lammers and Macedo, both 17 and schooled in English, needed her after their first day at a big school filled with fast-talking strangers.
“The first week was really hard with understanding the different accents,” Lammers said.
She and Macedo used Berkley as a sounding board during refrigerator raids after school and sports practice.
“Denise is my little athlete. Debbie is my social butterfly,” Berkley said.
She let them paint and decorate their bedrooms and took them on trips to Colorado and California. She supplied them with cell phones, laptop computers and fashion advice. Macedo needed coaxing to try UGG Boots and both initially shunned jeans with artfully-placed rips, Berkley said.
The girls answered her generosity with school success. Both are honor roll students and Macedo was voted on to prom court. Both girls say Berkley has become family to them and they’ll stay in touch online after returning home.
“That’s not even a question for us,” Macedo said.

So if you’re writing a comic book about wow powerleveling, where do you start?
When comics publishing imprint Wildstorm asked veteran comic book scribe and artist Walter Simonson (”Thor,” “Orion”) to write the new “wow fast leveling” comic, he thought it “sounded fun.” But wow pvp arena also turned out to be a lot of work. To prepare for writing the comic (in addition to going directly to game developer world of warcraft power leveling), Simonson pored over the novels and the manga comics, and he and his wife Louise conducted extensive research on the pvp honor web (on comprehensive sites such as WoWWiki).

Though he hadn’t logged on to the “world of warcraft powerleveling” until he started writing the book, several of his friends and his grandson are big enthusiasts of the game; he’s even asked his grandson for some help. “I’ve actually used him as a resource,” Simonson told me in a phone wow leveling last week. “There are occasional visual moments, often surrounding the use of magic or magical stuff, where I needed to know how the visuals in the game worked when certain things happened. And I have a warcraft power leveling who lives nearby who is a ‘Warcraft’ player. He has played the game almost from the conception, and he seems pretty cool with what we’re doing so far.”

And what have they been doing so far? warcraft powerleveling Multiplayer has an exclusive look at the first five pages of the new “World of Warcraft” comic book, with art by Ludo Lullabi and inker Sandra Hope, hitting stores next month.

The first storyline follows a human who washes up power leveling on the shores of Kalimdor, a continent in the game. He’s suffered amnesia and becomes enslaved by an orc powerleveling. The mystery man struggles to survive by fighting against and working with both in-game factions the Alliance and the Horde, all while trying to learn about his forgotten past. “One of the central stories is his ffxi powerleveling arc: who is he, how can he find out who he is … and what are the implications for the ‘Warcraft’ world?” Simsonson said.The writer also revealed a few other supporting characters, such as the orc ffxi power leveling Rehgar Earthfury (first seen on the fourth page), blood elf Valeera Sanguinar, dwarf warrior Thargas Anvilmar and night elf druid Broll Bearmantle. All of these characters are cheap wow power leveling action figures from DC Direct. “When the comic began to develop, these characters were made available to us,” Simonson explained. “Rehgar’s in there for several issues. He doesn’t have as big a story arc as Broll and Valeera, at least at the moment. Thargas Anvilmar is not in the first few issues, but he comes up fast wow power leveling later in the story. The story’s still developing as we’re going along, but we have an overall outline for everything.”

“There are mysteries from the past that have never been totally addressed within the game wow power leveling part time.”
Simonson said the comic will be “very much tied to the lore and to the ‘wow power leveling 1-40’ history.” “If you’re a longtime player, I think the comic is a revelation about some of the mysteries,” he explained. “There are mysteries from the past that have never been totally addressed within the game, or at least we’re able to address them in the comic in a way that the game hasn’t been able to.” He also said that he tried to write the comic so that it appeases “Warcraft” fans as well as newcomers. “There will be stuff in the comic that has not been in the game, and yet it’s derived, quite directly, from the game itself. If you know ‘Warcraft,’ I’m hoping it will be really cool to find this stuff out,” Simonson reiterated. “At the same time, as complex as the world is, if you haven’t really played the game, you’ll learn as much as you need to know to enjoy the story on its own level. So in that sense the story has kind of a two-fold approach I’m hoping will work out.”

Simonson also works closely with the “World of Warcraft” creators at Blizzard Entertainment. He comes up with the initial stories and then Blizzard offers feedback about how the work could be melded into the “Warcraft” lore more effectively. In fact, Simonson is crafting the comic “Marvel-style,” the process of writing comics where the writer provides a basic plot, the artist renders that into twenty-something pages and then dialogue is added.

“Mana Tapping, all that kind of stuff, there’s a lot of that in the story.”
Even though most comics these days are written as a full script, where the writer describes all the panels, action and dialogue first, Simonson believes Marvel-style works best for “World of Warcraft.” “In this case we decided to work Marvel-style partly because it gives us several levels of approvals. I tend to prefer that way myself,” he said. “I think the work in the comic itself is very much a combination of my thinking and Blizzard’s thinking.” With Blizzard’s help, Simonson’s been able to add some of game’s nuances into the comic as well. “Mana Tapping, all that kind of stuff, there’s a lot of that in the story. But it depends on who the character is, so that whether it’s Fel energy or arcane energy or whatever, we’re trying to get that so it’s both used appropriately and used in a way that makes sense within the story.”

Though Simonson clearly has done his research, and his work has been vetted by Blizzard, with over nine million subscribers to “World of Warcraft,” is he nervous about the critical reception? “As with everything, you can’t please everybody … I’m sure we won’t please some of them,” Simonson says of hardcore “Warcraft” fanatics. “In ordinary, mainstream comics you’ve got a character who’s been around for a long time, and sometimes it’s tough to find a new direction or to try and tell stories that haven’t been told before. In ‘Warcraft,’ because there aren’t a lot of comics, I don’t have that problem. So all I’ve really done is come up with a series of ideas, modified them for a variety of reasons and then tried to write the best comic I could write with the material I’ve got and the abilities I’ve got. I know there are like millions of players out there. It’s very strange.”

“As far as I can tell, Wildstorm and Blizzard are pretty pleased with the stuff as it’s coming out so far,” Simonson added. “And it’s been a lot of fun. We were able to actually layer some stuff in a way that I’m delighted about. In a way it means that, again for gamers who read the comic, there will be elements of the familiar, because if you play that much of the game, you’ll know these locations. But there’ll be things happening there that didn’t happen when you were in the game. So there’ll be some surprises.”

记者昨晚进入谷歌地图网页后，点击“西藏自治区，ED HardyED Hardy中国”，即可出现中国与印度东北交界地区的地图。在印度官方地图上，“阿鲁纳恰尔邦”与中国交界的界线被标为国界线，但谷歌地图将“阿鲁纳恰尔邦”与中国的界线用虚线标示，代表双方之间的“未定界”，也意味着阿鲁纳恰尔地区的主权仍有待商议。

Hey everybody, it’s the fashion news from Wednesday, I’m not sure if this news relating with UGG Boots, but there’s talking about UGGS. So, keep reading.
Amy Berkley will be emotional as any proud parent when her two graduates pick up their Cumberland Valley High School diplomas during Friday’s commencement at the Giant Center in Hershey.
There are plenty of happy tears as Berkley describes the highlights of being with “her girls” from the first day of classes last August to May’s senior prom.
And the girls — Denise Lammers, of Germany, and Debora Macedo, of Brazil, two of Cumberland Valley’s 20 exchange students — will be sorry, too, when it’s time to give their Hampden Township host mother a last hug and kiss.
“No one will truly understand the depth of our relationship,” Berkley said.
Berkley grew up in Shippensburg and went to college there, too. She slaked her thirst for travel and adventure with a post-high-school cross-country drive that filled her own mother with dread.
Now, she hosts exchange students who are making their own life’s trek. Two students stayed with Berkley and her husband, Mark, last summer. In the fall, two more will arrive.
The couple have two dogs but no children. Yet, their house has room for young visitors and Amy Berkley has time — working part-time as a nurse — to mother them.
Lammers and Macedo, both 17 and schooled in English, needed her after their first day at a big school filled with fast-talking strangers.
“The first week was really hard with understanding the different accents,” Lammers said.
She and Macedo used Berkley as a sounding board during refrigerator raids after school and sports practice.
“Denise is my little athlete. Debbie is my social butterfly,” Berkley said.
She let them paint and decorate their bedrooms and took them on trips to Colorado and California. She supplied them with cell phones, laptop computers and fashion advice. Macedo needed coaxing to try UGG Boots and both initially shunned jeans with artfully-placed rips, Berkley said.
The girls answered her generosity with school success. Both are honor roll students and Macedo was voted on to prom court. Both girls say Berkley has become family to them and they’ll stay in touch online after returning home.
“That’s not even a question for us,” Macedo said.
“I’ve seen the strength it’s taken them to get through this program,” Berkley said. As adults, we forget there’s millions of possibilities. There’s a small window in their lives and I tell them to live it big.”

工信部?l言人ugg boots：我國政府高度正視互聯?W的?l展?c治理。自1994年互聯?W正式引入我國以來，經由十幾年快速?l展，互聯?W已經成為我國重要的社會基?A?e措措施，為促?M經濟社會更好更快?l展施展了重要作用。但是，同世界其他國家一樣，我國互聯?W始?K面對著黑客攻擊、?W?j病毒等違法犯罪流動的嚴峻威脅。佔有?P抽樣數據?@示，?H2009年我國被境外控制的計算?CIP地址就?_100多?f個，被黑客?M織篡改的?W站多?_4．2?f個；在受?W?j病毒威脅方面，去年我國?H被『?w客』蠕?x一?N?W?j病毒感染的計算?C數目每月就?_1800?f?_，佔全球感染主?C總量的30％，位列全球第一。在上述受攻擊的計算?C中，不?H涉及大量?W民，而且涉及金融、交通、能源等多個部分，對我經濟?l展和人民正常出?a糊口造成嚴峻危害。可以?f，我國也是?W?j攻擊最大的受害者。
記者：請先容中國對?W?j黑客攻擊的立場及采取的措施。
工信部?l言人：中國政府始?K果斷反對任何形式的?W?j攻擊行為。nike shoes堅持依法治理，不斷完善互聯?W治理方面的法律法規，在《刑法》《治安治理處?P法》《全國人民代表大會常務委?T會?P於?S?o互聯?W安全的?Q定》《計算?C信息系?y安全保?o?l例》《電信?l例》《計算?C病毒防治治理?k法》等多項法律法規中，對打擊?W?j攻擊等犯罪行為作出了明?_劃定。2009年，我部先後出?_了《互聯?W?W?j安全信息通報實施?k法》和《木?R和僵屍?W?j?O?y和處置?C制》，先後多次?M織專項管理步履，有效遏制了木?R和僵屍?W?j傳播；?M織270多家單位共同?_展?W?j安全事件的?O?y、?A警和應急處置，國家互聯?W應急中央?H2009年就有效處置?W?j安全事件1100多起，為多家?y行、電子商務?W站和用戶挽回了經濟?p失。同?r，?e?O?_展行?I自律工作，指導中國互聯?W?f會?M織基?A電信運?I企?I、?W?j安全?S商、增值服務提供商、搜索引擎、域名注冊?C構等成立了『中國反?W?j病毒同盟』?K簽署自律公?s，?Q化了?W?j?h境，?S?o公共互聯?W?W?j安全。
記者：請問我國對?W?j安全國?H合作持什?N立場？
工信部?l言人：我國?e?O致力於在?W?j安全、jordan shoes?W?j反恐等方面?_展國?H交流合作，在亞太經合?M織電信工作?M中?e?O介入安全?c繁?s工作?M的各項工作，承擔?K完成了『應對僵屍?W?j管理策略和技?g手段指南』，對國?H電信同盟正在?_展的『?W?j安全?h程』?o予了?e?O?P注和支持；自2004年起?e?O介入?c東盟各國的?W?j安全合作，多次參加東盟?M織的?W?j安全應急演練。2009年，還分?e?c東盟和上合?M織成?T國簽訂了《中國－東盟電信?O治理事會?P於?W?j安全題目的合作框架》和《上合?M織成?T國保障國?H信息安全政府?g合作?f定》。
記者：您對國?H上一些人指責『中國政府介入黑客攻擊』持何看法？
